About Us

Grub LLC is based out of New Kent, Virginia. Greg Guy and Carson Diaz are the owners of all restaurants affiliated. Back in 2018 it all started with the Trojan Grill and from there they took on The Blue Heron, The Blue Crab, Half Shell Grill, Martha's Kitchen, The Virginia Grill, Coopers Tavern Taproom, and The Angler. Our Goal is to create a comfortable and inclusive environment at our locations in surrounding areas. Our company, as a team, strives to improve every day and appreciate the constant support from our customers!
